1. If your order is ready for return, with all the necessary returns, you can give it to a PostNL point. A description of how to prepare your order for return, you will find under returns. Save your shipping receipt.
2. Your product will be brought to our office by PostNL.
3. Your return shipment will be checked.
4. After a successful check, the item will be settled with you.

The return amount will be refunded within 14 days.
